Do we offer refunds?
Returns are available for store credit only. We do not offer cash/credit refunds or exchanges. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue an account credit to be used on your next purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the return and issue the account credit. An email notification will be sent to the email address on file, once the return has been completed.
What items can be returned?
Returns are allowed on items that have been post marked for return in 5 or less days of you receiving your item(s). Items must be in new condition with no odors, stains, etc. If the item has been worn or washed, it will not be processed for return.
What items cannot be returned?
Returns are not allowed on any items that are post marked for return after 5 days of you receiving your item(s). Items that are were on sale, promotion, preorder, or damaged not due to our error. If you receive a defective item and do not send it within the 5 day time frame, the item is no longer returnable.
Do I have to pay for return shipping costs?
Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs. If your item gets lost in the mail, there is nothing that we can do. We would recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher priced orders.
